Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. Who we are
RKRRA (rkrra.com) is operated by RkRRa, Bulgaria. You can reach us at info@rkrra.com or through the contact form.
By buying from rkrra.com, creating an account or ordering custom work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What we offer
We offer LoRA files (.safetensors) for AI image models. They are digital files: nothing is shipped.
- AI Models — original, fully AI-generated characters trained for Krea 2. They are synthetic adults and are not based on, trained from, or intended to resemble any real person.
- Styles and other characters — LoRAs that capture a visual look (colour, light, texture, framing), including the look of films and series, and fictional or invented characters. Titles of films, series and other works are used only to describe the look a LoRA evokes; they belong to their owners, who are not affiliated with RKRRA and do not endorse our files.
- Free LoRAs — some LoRAs are free to download with a free account.
- Custom work — LoRAs and checkpoints trained to order (see section 6).
You can get them in these ways:
- Single LoRA — a one-time purchase of one LoRA, with a bulk discount when you buy several at once. You can download it from your account for as long as the site exists.
- New Releases (€9.99/month) — access to the AI Models released during the current calendar month while your subscription is active.
- Full Catalogue (€15.99/month) — access to every AI Model released so far, and every new one, while your subscription is active.
Memberships cover the AI Models only. Styles and other characters are not included and are bought one by one, or are free.
Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. The price you pay is the one shown on the payment page, or the one we agree in writing for custom work.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the same day until you cancel. You can cancel, change plan, update your card or download your invoices at any time from your account (“Manage subscription & invoices”). When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a few days; if it still fails, the subscription ends.
Files you downloaded while your subscription was active are yours to keep and use under the licence below, also after the subscription ends. Downloading new files needs an active subscription.
4. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; there is no password. A free account is created the first time you sign in, and it is all you need for free LoRAs. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. Your account is personal. Do not share it or your download links; download links are personal and expire.
To protect the site, we limit the number of downloads per account, per connection and per day, and we may use automated checks against bots. If an account is used in a way that looks like sharing or redistribution, we may suspend it after contacting you.
We may stop offering a free LoRA at any time. Files you already downloaded stay yours to use under the licence.
5. Licence
When you buy a LoRA, download one with an active subscription or download a free one, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file:
- You may use the LoRA for personal and commercial work, and sell or publish the images you generate with it.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share or repackage the file itself, nor upload it to model-sharing sites or services.
- You may not merge the LoRA into other models or checkpoints that you distribute, nor use it to train other models that you distribute.
The files and the AI Models remain the property of RKRRA. A style LoRA does not give you any rights over the films, series, characters or trademarks whose look it evokes: you are responsible for respecting them in what you create.
6. Custom work
You can order custom LoRAs and checkpoints through the Custom LoRAs page. The prices shown there apply to the cases they describe; anything else is quoted by email. Work starts once we have agreed the price and the scope in writing and you have paid.
- Images you send us must be yours, or you must have the right to use them for training. You must not send images of real, identifiable people other than yourself, of public figures, or of minors, nor sexual content. We may decline any request.
- We use your images only to make your order, and delete them within 30 days of delivery.
- The LoRA or checkpoint we train for you is delivered to you only. You may use it as in section 5 and also share it with your own team. We do not sell or publish your custom files, or the images you sent, unless you agree.
- Results depend on the base model and on the material provided. We test every file before delivery. Custom work is not refundable once started (see the Refund Policy).
7. Acceptable use
You must not use our files to create content that is illegal in your country or ours, and in particular you must not use them to:
- depict, or make a character resemble, any real, identifiable person without their consent;
- create any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, or characters presented as minors;
- harass, defame, deceive or impersonate anyone.
You are responsible for the images you create and for how you use them.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the download is made available to you, provided you have asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. You do this on the payment page. For custom work made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply once we have started the work at your request. See our Refund Policy for what we do when something goes wrong.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the site and the downloads available, but we cannot promise that they will be available without interruption. LoRAs are provided as they are: results depend on your prompts, settings and software, and we do not guarantee a particular result. If a file you paid for does not work, write to us and we will replace it. All sales are final; the Refund Policy lists what we do when something goes wrong.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects an active subscription in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
