Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
All sales are final
Everything we sell is digital and made available to you straight away: LoRA files you can download the moment you pay, memberships that give you access immediately, and custom work made to your specifications. On the payment page you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, once the download is available, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers otherwise have. For that reason we do not give refunds for change of mind, for results you do not like, or for days left in a membership month.
If something goes wrong
- Charged twice by mistake. We refund the extra charge. The LoRA you bought stays in your account.
- A file is broken. We replace it and send you a new download link. Broken files are fixed, not refunded.
- You could not download what you paid for because of a problem on our side. We send you the download link as soon as it is available again.
- You bought an AI Model separately that was already included in your active membership. We can refund that purchase, and the AI Model stays in your library.
- Custom work. Custom LoRAs and checkpoints are made to your specifications and are not refundable once the work has started, including when the result is not exactly what you expected.
Write to info@rkrra.com from the email you paid with and tell us what happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear in 5–10 days.
If a LoRA does not load or you are not getting the results you want, write to us too: we will help you with the file, prompts and settings.
Cancelling a membership
You can cancel at any time from your account → “Manage subscription & invoices”. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you already paid for and is not charged again. The files you downloaded while subscribed stay yours to use under the licence.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank: we answer quickly. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended while the dispute is open.
